Museveni appoints, transfers permanent secretaries

President Museveni has appointed new permanent secretaries and transfered old ones to different ministries. The new appointments and transfers were announced in a statement released by the President on Friday morning

One such case of appointment and transfer involved the appointment of Dr Diana Atwiine, a former head of State House Health Monitoring Unit, as the new permanent secretary for ministry of health replacing Dr Asuman Lukwago who has been transferred to the serve at the education service commission.
