Sebei region has to wait until 2017 before the Kapchorwa - Suam road gets an upgrade.
The 73 kilometer road connects Kapchorwa to Kween and Bukwo districts.
It also connects Uganda to Kenya through Suam.
The road is not ideal for a car or bike ride especially during rain and Uganda National Roads Authority confirms it is one of the most challenging roads in the country.
