The Chief Justice Bart Katureebe has described as ‘disturbing' the scenes that played out at the Makindye Magistrates court on Wednesday as the private prosecution of police Chief Kale Kayihura and seven other senior officers got underway.
While speaking to NTV, Katureebe said the protests and siege of court call into question and debate the manner in which the country should be governed.
