The Minister of State for Water, Ronald Kibuule has welcomed investigations into an incident in which he allegedly slapped a female security guard at a Stanbic bank branch in Mukono.
Kibuule who was speaking after attending Idd prayers in Mukono, added that he was also willing to seek forgiveness from anybody he might have wronged unintentionally.
