The traders under their umbrella group, Uganda Tenants and Squatters Association are up in arms with the management of “Zibulatudde” Shopping Mall for raising the rent two weeks to the end of the month.
The Association’s Secretary General, Zaid Mukasa spoke to NTV about their situation.
