Barely after the UPDF completed phase three of the evacuation of Ugandans holed up in the volatile South Sudan, it has come to light that about six are being held by rebels.
Addressing journalists at Bibia Army Detach, the Assistant Inspector General of Police Assuman Mugenyi said that efforts are underway to ensure their safety.
