Dr. Kiggundu, the former Electoral Commission Chairman, says the University targets about 300 million shillings budget annually
The Chairman of the Council of the Islamic University College Dr. Badru Kiggundu is appealing to the public to contribute 2,000 Uganda Shillings each to help the institution pay workers and meet administration costs.
Dr. Kiggundu, the former Electoral Commission Chairman, says the University targets about 300 million shillings budget annually.
He explains that the institution is resorting to the public for funding because of the passing on of the former Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi who had promised to fully fund the institution
