Limited access to education hinders development of Ik community

Among the small Ik community in Kaabong district, education is a luxury many can afford to dispense with.

Quite often, school children cannot go to school due to hunger or insecurity. But even at the few schools available there are no teachers and even where they are there, they are woefully unqualified.
