Local leaders and the office of the RDC’s in Lwengo and Bukomansimbi have told the Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura that the attacks and killings in their districts are the work of illegal immigrants.
They spoke during a security meeting at Kkingo subcounty headquarters in Lwengo district. At least five people have been killed in recent attacks.
