Former presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi has blamed the state for the break-in on Monday night at the offices of two law firms representing him.
Mbabazi who addressed journalists at his offices in Nakasero, Kampala claimed that some of those who raided the offices were dressed in police uniforms. Police have denied these claims.
Mbabazi also expressed concern over the continued arrest of his supporters who are due to swear affidavits in support of his petition in the Supreme Court challenging President Yoweri Museveni’s re-election.
