Are Ugandans taking the necessary precautions against terror attacks at public venues?

As the those found guilty of planning and carrying out the July 2010 twin bombings in Kampala are convicted and sentenced, it remains to be asked just how prepared Uganda is to prevent other similar terror attack on its territory.

Are the people aware of the tricks terrorists may use to launch an attack? How safe are our public places?
