The Commission of Inquiry into land acquisition and administration has discovered that a local businessman John Sebalamu owns two square miles of land in Lwera wetland found between Kalungu and Mpigi in the greater Masaka Sub-region.
The Commission also stormed the Lands offices in Masaka from where they discovered that one of the titles worth one sq miles of a wetland in Lwera was sold by the current Agriculture minister Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja to Businessman John Sebalamu.
