One Swaibu Mukasa Iga was allegedly contracted to survey land and reportedly rewarded with 74 acres because the owners didn’t have cash. Reports say he now owns 996 acres since 2012.
Amongi says Mukasa fraudulently acquired the land tittle and wonders how Bukalasa Land Office granted him permission to survey land which is already occupied.
