Staying Alive: Sanitation challenges in refugee settlements

In the fourth and last part of  Staying Alive, the Plight of South Sudanese Refugees in Uganda , Frank Walusimbi looks at the challenge  by  humanitarian agencies  to provide water.

This challenge is across all refugee settlements in the country but World Vision in Adjumani, with support from the American government, is improvising with a motorized water system to reach  over 18,000 refugees.
