Besigye blames hunger crisis and rising crime in the country on poor governance

Former FDC presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye has blamed the current hunger crisis in the country on failed policies.

Besigye also claims that government's failure to supply relief food to many areas shows it doesn't care about the plight of the people.

At a media briefing in Kampala, Besigye also criticized the action of police in parading suspects of alleged criminal gangs, saying it's an abuse of human rights.
