Traffic police are still investigating the cause of the accident but eye witnesses told NTV that the crash occurred during the rain storm, which could have affected the visibility of the drivers.
Rescuers struggled to remove the bodies of the dead because the trailer mangled the taxi that was carrying mostly students.
